    Our house was priced a little higher than what the others in the neighborhood sold for. Reisha felt that was ok. With her guidance, we prepared the house for the market. We had a home designer and stager work with us. And then professional photographers took 3D pictures and videos. We were nervous because the COVID-19 was going on, but Reisha gracefully worked through every detail with us and our house received multiple offers and sold in a few days over our asking price. Then Reisha patiently showed us houses, negotiated the details on your new place, and we ended up buying our new home well under asking price. Thank you Reisha and Team. We couldn't be any happier.
