Our house was priced a little higher than what the others in the neighborhood sold for. Reisha felt that was ok. With her guidance, we prepared the house for the market. We had a home designer and stager work with us. And then professional photographers took 3D pictures and videos. We were nervous because the COVID-19 was going on, but Reisha gracefully worked through every detail with us and our house received multiple offers and sold in a few days over our asking price.
